Global Alliance / Partner Enablement Lead
MicroPact has an established business partner community, the Global Alliance Program. Our business partners help expand the reach of our award winning software solutions by selling our software their clients. Our goal is to provide the highest level of support and customer service to these valuable sales partners.
As the Global Alliance support rep, you will work with our resellers and system integrators to assist with onboarding and support of a variety of contracts and program initiatives.
Stays current with vendor-specific technical certifications in order to make appropriate recommendations to resellers on the configuration and design of system solutions. Promotes product awareness, provides pre-sales technical support including phone support, system diagrams, proposals, and training in order to grow the sales of a funding vendor's product line. Works closely with Tech Data's Product Manager and the funding vendor's representatives to execute marketing activities.

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will proactively generate new business opportunities for the entire Sophos product line based on marketing lead generation activities. The SDR role is to help quantify lead conversion and provide qualitative feedback on lead campaigns and assigned special projects. Main Duties
