The post sales technical specialist will support dinCloud’s existing customer base, responding to queries and providing expertise in relation to dinCloud’s suite of cloud services. The specialist will work alongside customers to identify, address and resolve technical issues. The technical specialist will work directly with customers through daily interactions via email, phone, WebEx and occasional in-person meetings.

Responsible for developing and driving training tools that are used by our channel partners. The position is responsible for all activities within the overall Learning Management System platform and is measured by partner engagement and solution sales ROI. This manager works closely with the platform provider, key channel partners, outside marketing agencies and other Samsung business units including mobility and vertical marketing teams.
This position provides leadership, management, direction, and vision to software engineers and/or development employees including offshore contractors/consultants and interns needed to support, run, and change activities in the software development life cycle. The position works closely with development peers, product and project leaders/managers, and other in-house software developers as well as directs the successful completion and delivery of respective software components and any other related deliverables. The position is additionally expected to report progress to senior management.
