We have an opening for an exciting opportunity to be a central player within our organization. While this role is situated in the marketing discipline, today’s business climate means this role will be key in guiding the organization to growth.
The marketing manager is responsible driving and executing promotional activities for multiple brands. The ideal candidate will be able to comfortably balance the demands of two separate brand marketing initiatives. He or she must be well organized and should feel comfortable operating at a fast pace, as both brands are expanding rapidly in their respective markets.
The primary responsibility of the marketing manager will be to support revenue growth by leveraging marketing resources and strategy to generate awareness and demand. As a hands on contributor, this role will also be responsible for generating content. The marketing manager will play a key role in the messaging, positioning and strategy. Desired candidates will have exceptional writing skill and can adapt to the voice of the brand being served.
While experience working with cloud services is preferred, the ability to understand and understand and assimilate technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences is critical. Thus, an interest in cloud computing, virtualization, telecom, unified communications, software, and/or hardware is welcome.
Marketing Manager Job Responsibilities
Planning and Strategy
·      Develop, refine positioning and strategy within marketing
·      Interact with management for direction and positioning of brand
·      Plan ahead with calendars for content, events, activities
·      Lead and mentor marketing team (internal and external)
·      Be aware of market trends within the industry
·      Be on the forefront of marketing tactics and strategy
·      Brand persona, journey mapping
·      Execute and track marketing plan
·      Contribute and manage content development for:
o   Web
o   Blog
o   Emails
o   Sales collateral and presentations
o   Video
o   Social
The ideal candidate will be educated in communications and have experience in the field. The successful candidate will have a voracious appetite for knowledge within our operating industry and in the discipline of marketing, including but not limited to:
·      Inbound marketing
·      Marketing automation
·      Martech
·      Content marketing
·      Influencer marketing
·      Account based marketing
