Objectives: Siemens PLM Software is seeking a manager of Partner Programs and Communications to help drive Siemens PLM’s position as the fastest growing digitalization software company with the most compelling partner ecosystem. We are looking for a partner programs and communications professional with exceptional writing and critical thinking skills. As a member of Siemens global channel partner sales organization, you’ll be a key player within our partner team. In this role, you will drive proactive communications programs across our global partner ecosystem. You will be responsible for managing the messaging and outward appearance of Siemens PLM Channel Partner program with current and prospective partners, as well as the value of those partners to the customers they support. This involves three key elements: (1) positioning & messaging strategy and creation, including thought leadership; (2) proactive communications programs across our all aspects of our global partner ecosystem; and (3) orchestrating the www and social media presence for Siemens PLM Channel Partner program including curating, creating content, and responding and engaging in relevant conversations. You should be a self-starter, results oriented, have a strong intellectual curiosity, be comfortable working within a matrixed organization (functional & geographic) and be able to thrive in a fast-paced, global sales environment. Responsibilities: • Develop subject matter expertise in Siemens PLM technology and partner business issues that positively impact our channel partner business profitability and the competitive landscape. • Create a comprehensive and overarching partner communications strategy that increases partner mindshare and partner productivity by making the right content, available at the right time, via right distribution channels – leveraging both pull and push models to >11K partner professionals. • Leverage various tools (email, digital, webcast) and channels (social media, communities, etc.) to create, promote, and distribute tailored content • Create and execute communications programs in collaboration with various partner team members that amplify Siemens partner program and solution messages. • Proactively identify, develop and tailor content that aligns with the strategic priorities of the business and is communicated in a personal approach while utilizing customer success in reference stories that help spread the word with credibility • Provide communications support to global colleagues in support of Partner program • Strengthen and leverage the Siemens Partner Rewards program for increased communication via tailored monthly messaging. • Develop, execute, and manage Siemens PLM Partner program Digital’s social media presence end-to-end (Linked-In, Facebook, Twitter, WeChat, Salesforce.com Chatter, PLM Community) • Support the evolution of the Partner Portal in Salescenter to new platform for improved partner productivity • Manage the Siemens PLM partner program www presence and messaging • Conceptualize, write and deliver tailored thought leadership content • Work cross functionally with various teams at Siemens PLM. • Work collaboratively with key contacts at partner organizations. Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or other applicable discipline required, Master’s Degree preferred • Must have previous experience developing ERP software channel partner sales strategy programs to be considered for this role. • Must be a business-savvy professional with that is highly motivated, collaborative and numbers-driven • Extensive project experience with intercultural teams working remotely and across multiple time zones • Experience in enterprise software, cloud technology, and partner business models • Ability to work on high-level strategy but also execute on it with day-to-day activities • Must be able to manage and advance many projects simultaneously • Has the ability to challenge the status quo, think out of the box, roll up the sleeves and get things done • Ability to build sustainable relationships across the company and define and execute topics in a matrixed organization - devising creative everyone-wins solutions to problems • Excellent writing, editing, and project management skills • Ability to thrive under pressure
