As a global technology leader for real time application performance assurance across private, public and hybrid cloud environments, Turbonomic is looking for an Inside Channel Account Manager to join our team who will focus on the co-engagement strategy of our direct sales team with a set of regionally managed partners in their assigned territory. 
What you'll be doing:

  • Work with your regional engaged partners to drive target attainment and opportunity pipeline for your coverage area.    
  • Drive Sales Orchestration and Partner Alignment with Turbonomic: Drive joint territory planning sessions with the partner and Turbonomic sellers to promote collaboration between our teams.
  • Actively drive a partner’s sales & support review sessions, to execute against sales plan, drive pipeline creation and velocity, and achieve verifiable outcomes through the solution selling cycle.
  • Initiate telephone and email contact with channel partner prospects from lead generation lists and cold calling as needed.
  • Recruit new Channel Partners within the defined territory.
  • Maximize coverage within a defined channel region and penetrate channel partners to drive Turbonomic deals through coordination of lead generation and sales activities with Channel Partners to increase deal registrations.
  • Work closely with the Direct Sales team and introduce the Channel Partner community for account mapping and relationship building.
  • Provide support to qualified Channel Partners including follow up, product information, quotes, and closing business.
  • Provide forecasting as needed.
  • Occasional travel as required.


What you'll bring

  • Bachelors degree; and 2-3 years of experience in Inside Sales with related experience and skills pertaining to the recruitment, enablement, & management with Channel Partners
  • Capable of working within a dynamic and highly distributed team environment
  • Prospect and lead generation management knowledge and skills
  • Knowledge of Turbonomic value proposition and technical depth to train on our value
