Business Development Manager, Cloud Solutions
Place your specialized Cloud sales skills front and center with the number 1 brand in hosted desktops!  As an award-winning and mature Cloud services provider based in Los Angeles, California, dinCloud is well known for its leadership in hosted workspace solutions. To continue its solid growth trajectory, dinCloud seeks experienced sales talent to join its national team.  This Business Development Manager position will engage prospects, nurture leads, convert them to opportunities and interact daily with internal and external customers virtually.

·       3-5 years of proven ability in prospecting, presenting to and closing new business. 
·       Preference will be given to candidates whose Cloud sales experience emphasizes desktop as a service and virtualization and/or who have prior sales experience with Cloud providers such as Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, Rackspace and Softlayer.
·       A passion for technology applied to learning complex current or new Cloud computing technologies.
·       Ability to present complex solutions in understandable terms and successfully influence business decision makers.
·       Experience working in a commission driven environment with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
·       Adaptable and able to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
·       Computer literate: Windows, Microsoft Office, CRM, web-based conferencing and social selling platforms such as LinkedIn and Twitter.
·       Excellent oral, written, time management and presentation skills.
·       Bachelor’s Degree.
·       Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
·       Aggressively prospect for new business and lead generation then convert them into increased business.
·       Use market & competitor knowledge to identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
·       Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to meet sales goals. 
·       Ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities and build relationships with new clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
·       Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships.
·       Identify decision makers within the client organization and set up meetings.
·       Plan approaches and pitches and work with the dinCloud team to develop proposals that address the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.  
·       Effectively handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion, using a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.
·       With an emphasis on supporting Central and East Coast time zones, work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs; includes daily interaction in-person and virtually via email, phone and WebEx/Skype meetings.
·       Perform social selling activities including LinkedIn group participation, blog publishing, and interaction on Twitter.
·       Submit accurate periodic progress reports and ensure data is entered accurately and managed within the company’s CRM or other sales management system on a daily basis.
