Responsible for developing and driving training tools that are used by our channel partners. The position is responsible for all activities within the overall Learning Management System platform and is measured by partner engagement and solution sales ROI. This manager works closely with the platform provider, key channel partners, outside marketing agencies and other Samsung business units including mobility and vertical marketing teams.
  
Duties & Responsibilities:

Owns the production of Samsung product, vertical, solution focused channel training in addition to procuring best in class soft skills training content in line with Samsung Business strategies delivered through our learning management system. Responsible for promoting the engagement of the tool by Samsung’s partner community and developing tactics to drive engagement.
 
Understand current industry training trends and maintain a world class LMS tool. The position is to advise Samsung business units on content direction and assets that enable channel partner engagement to develop a deep understanding of our products and solutions.  
 
Provide quarterly ROI analysis on performance of the LMS tool 
 
Perform periodic review of channel training program and evaluate effectiveness & efficiency of programs
